Department Overview :

The IT Operations Tools Team is responsible for overseeing Monitoring & Automation tools within PG&E. These responsibilities include planning, design, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and operations.

To help our monitoring and situational awareness, the company is rolling out a new Enterprise Network Management System (ENMS). The ENMS will provide Manager of Manager and Domain level monitoring tools for Network, Telecom / Transport, SCADA, and other monitoring requirements.
