About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Data and AI to spearhead the definition and expansion of its data strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a modern data stack, ingesting and normalizing data from various sources to support real-time operations and reporting, and collaborating with executives to structure data for AI-driven workflows. This pivotal role also involves delivering essential dashboards, unifying reporting across the business, and leading a small team of analysts and engineers.

Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in data, analytics, or engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Strong technical skills in SQL, dbt, data warehousing, and BI tools are essential, as is a background in high-volume, operationally complex businesses such as services, logistics, or marketplaces. A passion for AI agents and their practical applications in real operations is a key requirement, with additional consideration given to candidates with Python skills, exposure to LLM frameworks, or a background in logistics optimization. The role is pivotal in driving customer personalization, operational efficiency, and business growth through the development of modern data platforms and AI capabilities.
