Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
- Track and report expenses
- Collaborate with different departments to assist in projects aimed at improving internal processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Enter and manage data accurately to support various administrative functions.
- Prepare detailed expense reports and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Support team members with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, for managing and organizing data.
- Strong skills in answering inbound calls and providing receptionist services.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records.
- Experience in expense tracking and reporting, with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with administrative office procedures and best practices.
