Office Services Administrator – Onsite role
Location : 10913 S River Front Pkwy, Suite 200; South Jordan, UT 84095
Schedule : M-F 8 : 30AM-5PM

Summary of Key Responsibilities :
Mail & Courier Management
- Handle sending, receiving, and distribution of mail, courier packages, and deliveries
Office Space & Equipment Maintenance
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipmentEnsure security protocols are followedMaintain a clean, organized, and safe office environmentOrder and replenish supplies for workstations, breakrooms and conference roomsManage office supply inventory and maintain office rosterVendor & Invoice Management
Liaise with property management and janitorial vendors for housekeeping and repairsEscort vendors and guests during office visitsProcess invoices for approval and resolve discrepancies with vendorsSubmit vendor setup and maintenance requestsUpdate monthly accrual logs for financial reportingOffice Security
Front office managementTrack and manage office keys and badges; implement consistent security processesAssist with execution of office safety exercises and protocolAdministrative & Event Support
Assist with event planning, including ordering supplies, arranging meals, and coordinating travel and accommodationsParticipate in ad-hoc HR and administrative projects as neededQualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree is preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in an office environment (mailroom, shipping / receiving, or facilities experience preferred)Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, kneeling)Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detailProfessional communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savvinessAbility to work occasional extended hours for special projectsIdeal Candidate Attributes :
