Current Need : We are looking for a strong, ambitious and self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to work with our fast-paced and dynamic Rebates team. The senior analyst will be responsible for supporting McKesson Health System Business Unit and the team in the following aspects : financial management, post-close reporting & analytics, issue investigation (impact, root cause, potential resolution, etc.) and other ad-hoc projects that support the rebate finance team and business partners within McKesson. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret financial data and clearly communicate findings. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Position Description : This role will be expected to perform financial analysis and administration of customer rebates. The position will initiate process improvements to support increased demands for financial analytics driven by a greater complexity and customization in rebate offerings to customers, changes in our business, and growth in market share in the pharmaceutical marketplace. In addition, as the key financial liaison, this person will collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, FP&A, and Technology teams to support exceptional service for McKesson customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend business partner team meeting / relationship management
• Perform variance analysis against forecasts and budgets
• Prepare standard management and executive level reporting
• Perform process improvements and special projects

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $74,000 - $123,400
