Position Summary

The Promotions Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving marketing efforts by managing promotional marketing campaigns through all stages of the campaign process. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, organizational excellence, and a proactive approach to ensure timely and successful execution of promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and engineering teams to develop engaging landing pages.
• Partner with medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to create terms and conditions, rules, and FAQs for promotional offers.
• Develop detailed project plans , establish milestones, and allocate resources effectively to meet objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks , addressing issues proactively as they arise.
• Provide regular project progress updates , communicate deliverables to stakeholders, and route all jobs for approval through Veeva Vault .
• Engage with the Call Center to ensure awareness of potential consumer and customer inquiries related to campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project status reports and documentation of all project activities.
