Your Role :
As an Electrician & Instrument Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment at our production facility. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect, test, adjust, calibrate, and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems.
- Monitor meters, indicators, and gauges to identify abnormal fluctuations.
- Maintain a solid understanding of operations software and hardware.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on all control instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
- Complete work orders, record time, and manage equipment history.
- Identify and diagnose existing or potential electrical equipment problems.
- Perform cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and adjustments as needed.
- Install and initiate electrical equipment into service.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within your designated work area.
- Utilize multi-craft skills to assist with additional maintenance tasks as required.
Who You Are :
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.Able to work effectively in team environments or independently with minimal supervision.Experience maximizing equipment efficiency and reducing downtime.Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and experienced with Programmable Logic Controllers, Servo, and Frequency Drives.Exhibit a professional attitude and the ability to collaborate well with others.Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.Willing to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.Benefits of Joining Drax :
