Job Summary
Assist students and others as they navigate the financial aid process, in-person, email and by phone. Provide verbal and written responses to questions about the application, processing, aid offers, and relevant policies. Review and process incoming documents. Work reports. Hours for this position are Monday- Thursday 1:00- 7:00 pm and Friday noon- 3:00 pm. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Assisting students at front desk regarding financial aid processes, procedures, and policies. Data entry into Banner and other computer systems. Read and reply to student emails and faxes. Scan and image documents into student files. Help students’ complete forms and/or FAFSA applications in financial aid systems. Working reports as needed. Answering the main phone line at times. Other duties as assigned.
