Quality Assurance Coordinator

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our post-closing processreviewing, organizing, and delivering closed loan packages that meet the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to precision will help ensure our lender partners and customers receive flawless results every time.

Location : This is a fully in-person position based out of our Pittsburgh, PA location.
What You'll Do :
- Process and route incoming FedEx packages for the QA Review Team.
- Organize and stack closed loan packages according to lender-specific requirements.
- Scan, upload, and submit completed loan packages into the Vinca system for QA review.
- Verify consumer funds and process checks based on Closing Disclosure (CD) details.
- Ensure all executed documents are accurately attached to corresponding orders.
- Confirm all lender and company specifications are met before final shipping.
- Ship reviewed and approved loan packages promptly to the correct lenders.
- Keep systems updated with accurate status notes for all audit and resolution tasks.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating to leadership when appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
