As the Training Manager at our Willard facility-the largest producer of Goldfish and a key site for Campbell's snacks-you'll lead the transformation of our training programs into a modern, digital-first experience. You'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs to develop and enhance the skills of employees within our manufacturing facility. Your work will directly impact nearly 1,000 employees, helping build a scalable, high-performance training culture that supports both compliance and capability development. What you will do...
Who you will work with...
In this role, you'll report directly to the Site HR Leader / indirectly to the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) and lead a growing training team that includes one salaried Training Coordinator. You'll also collaborate closely with two HR Coordinators and a Senior HR Generalist to align training efforts with broader HR strategies. Cross-functional partnerships are essential to success in this role-you'll work regularly with leaders in Operations, Safety, Quality, and the Corporate Center of Excellence (COE), as well as department leadership across the site to ensure training programs are effective, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
The Willard facility stands out as a high-impact site within Campbell's network, producing over 200 million pounds annually through a full-scale 24 / 7 operation supported by an attached warehouse. The site is currently undergoing a major transformation, with new technologies and digital platforms being introduced over the next two years to modernize operations and elevate.
