Mechanical / Process Equipment Installer

MGC Contractors, Inc is looking for a Mechanical / Process Equipment Installer to join our Texas Division in the Austin area.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Installing process equipment such as pumps, blowers, clarifiers, water filtration systems, flanged above ground piping, influent fine screens, and aeration basin systems.
• Understanding of the process of equipment installation, alignment, and anchoring.
• Knowledge of crane rigging and signaling.
• Knowledge of different types of process piping materials and connections, PVC, Steel, SST, and DIP.
• Knowledge of forklift, scissor lift and boom lift operations.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
