The Sales & Delivery Coordinator's responsibilities are to uncover and execute On-Premise sales and delivery opportunities to ensure A&B standards are met as well as the needs of all customers in the designated territory.
This position is approximately 10am-6pm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Abides by all Company requirements and policies written in the Associate Handbook.
- Adheres to all state and federal regulations and standards.
- Maintain in working order all assigned company equipment and vehicles.
- Projects a positive image to all retailers, coworkers, and consumers, which is consistent with company expectations.
- Proven ability to build relationships with current retailers as well as form new partnerships with potential customers.
- Maintains an overall "look of the leader" appearance in the designated territory.
- Ensures company branded POCM (Point of Connection Material) are clean and in working order, which outnumber or match that of the competition.
- Ensures all product retails and promotions are submitted and posted in the account in a timely manner.
- Continuously looks to gain incremental product placement in all accounts if given approval by account manager.
- Achieves and exceeds Company sales goals.
- Counts, rotates, and merchandises inventory in all retail accounts to ensure the products sold remain in stock until the next delivery date.
- Sells and delivers product to ensure adherence to The Company FIFO procedure (First In First Out)
- Ensures that all products are sold before reaching their expiration date.
- Ensures execution of all national supplier programs at retail.
- Completes all assigned training in a timely manner.
- Openly discusses issues that may arise by working with District Manager to ensure customer service standards and market requirements are met.
- Understands that a flexible work schedule may be required for this position.
Requirements
Qualifications, Education, and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass).1+ year customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experienceFamiliarity with a variety of sales platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPossess a smart phone with the ability to use mobile applications required for the positionPreferred :
1+ years' prior sales experience2+ years' customer service or on-premise sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry.2+ years' experience with sales, sales platforms, and service industryPhysical Requirements : Ability to routinely lift 25 - 75 lbs., climb, reach and perform various physical maneuvers to perform the essential functions of the job.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Must hold a current, valid driver's license that meets the insurance carrier's guidelines for an acceptable, insured driver. Must be able to obtain an Alcohol Beverage Employee License from the Oklahoma ABLE Commission.
