What You’ll Do:
  • Provide high-level neonatal care in a well-established Level-IIIB NICU setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists and nurses
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education
  • Support the NICU family support programs, including using Angel Eye for family communication
  • Participate in unit trainings and professional development programs, including a dedicated new grad pathway
  • Help deliver comprehensive, family-centered neonatal care in a dynamic environment

What You Need:
  • Current NB neonatal NP certification (no PAs, FNPs, or other NP certifications accepted)
  • New grads encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to excellence in neonatal patient care
