Inside Sales Representative — Flexible Scheduling

The Forehand Agency seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support account growth by assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and delivering high-quality service through outbound contact. Key responsibilities :

• Handle inbound inquiries and conduct proactive outbound outreach to assigned accounts and prospects.
• Listen to customers, diagnose needs, and recommend tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities using consultative selling techniques to upgrade or expand accounts.
• Strive for first-call resolution by troubleshooting issues and coordinating necessary follow-up.
• Use contact center systems and CRM tools to document interactions, update account records, and maintain accurate workflows.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity as defined by the agency.
• Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and process improvements.
