Description

Key Account Management :

  • Identify and prioritize key accounts within target industries, focusing on companies with significant packaging needs and growth potential.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Business Development :

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet the specific needs of target clients.

Sales Strategy and Execution :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our custom packaging solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide feedback and insights from key accounts to inform product development, service enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices for account management and business development.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably within the packaging industry or related manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying, securing, and growing key accounts, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to address customer pain points.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the corrugated packaging industry, market dynamics, and customer segments is a plus.
