You'll be the person who makes everything WORK while I focus on where we're GOING.
Our vision? Grow from $1.4M to $5M. Help our team achieve six-figure incomes. Open a second location. Be known for world-class service AND world-class culture.
You'll own :
- Operations (schedules, systems, day-to-day excellence)
- The Numbers (KPIs, budgets, financial projections - you love this stuff)
- Team Leadership (12 talented humans who need someone strong and caring)
- Training & Development (onboarding, education, making everyone better)
- Client Experience (events, retention, acquisition - you're a natural host)
- Making Sure Things Actually Happen (your superpower)
I'll own :
- Vision and strategy
- Final decisions on big stuff
- Mentoring and empowerment (the parts I love)
We'll partner twice a week to align, problem-solve, and build something amazing together.
