Insurance Intern - Summer 2026

We are looking for motivated interns to participate in an Insurance Internship program. Interns will take on a valued role within our Insurance Agency, where they will gain first-hand industry experience while growing their professional networks. In addition to professional and personal development, interns will have access to a variety of resources and will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the table. The program is designed to develop students for post-graduation success.

Responsibilities :

• Rotate throughout the various departments in the agency.
• Acquire a general understanding of how each area contributes to the agency objectives. Including but not limited to : reporting structure, purpose and scope, and financial impact.
• The incumbent will work on various projects which may include : renewal marketing, client and sales presentations, database management, market research, business development, and service initiatives.
• The intern will attend client meetings with expectations to support client deliverables and action items.
• Conduct pre-call company research, along with attending sales meetings.
• Summarize sales meetings and action items.
• Present a final presentation to be given to the management team at the end of the internship on a topic to be decided.
• Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This position will be fully onsite in Lansdale, PA.
