Target Pay Rate : $30.00 – $40.00 / hr, plus shift differential
Work Schedule : 2nd Shift (2 : 00pm – 10 : 30pm) or 3rd Shift (10 : 00pm – 6 : 30am)

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support plant and production electrical and control systems. This role involves working across multiple disciplines including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and network sub-systems. The technician will troubleshoot equipment issues, ensure accurate documentation, support other shifts, and help uphold maintenance and production schedules in coordination with plant leadership.
Job Duties :
Maintain accurate documentation for all electrical and control systems, including hardware and software.
Support and train Electro-Mechanics across all shifts as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical or control-related issues in collaboration with mechanics and technicians.
Provide support from offsite locations for equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Perform inspections and maintenance while equipment is in production, ensuring safety and minimal downtime.
Complete preventive, corrective, or scheduled maintenance during equipment downtime per manufacturer and company standards.
Analyze root cause of failures, repair breakdowns efficiently, and restore production operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, quality control, and government regulations.
Maintain plant systems for steam, chilled water, air, power, HVAC, refrigeration, and emissions control.
Accurately complete and maintain work records, job assignments, and backlog documentation.
Support company initiatives related to safety, product quality, and cleanliness of work areas.
Travel occasionally for training or procurement of parts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
AS or AAS degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering preferred (equivalent military, high school, or hands-on experience may be considered).
Experience with full machine and electrical control system installation.
Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi software, and preventive maintenance software preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including P&IDs, electrical single-line drawings, loop drawings, and mechanical schematics.
Experience with PLCs, servo drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and batch / continuous process control systems.
Strong math skills and ability to convert measurements accurately.
Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, troubleshoot problems, and complete maintenance documentation.
