BCI is current seeking a Lead Technician. A Lead Technician (LT) is preferably a Master’s level employee who is in the process of accruing indirect supervised experience hours toward the completion of the BCBA certification. An LT is assigned to a clinical team under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for assisting the BCBA with fulfilling certain supervisory duties.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directedImplement teaching procedures using the principles of Applied Behavior AnalysisCollect and record data with fidelity and reliabilityComplete mandatory trainings and attend required meetingsDocument services delivered accurately and timely according to company policiesCollaborate with Behavior Analysts to assign BTs appropriately to clientsReport clinical and scheduling concerns promptlyAdhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwrittenSupport parent treatment guidance and protocol modification activitiesComplete other tasks as assigned by supervisorQualifications
Holding or pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Working toward certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsPersonal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insuranceExcellent time management skillsDesire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomesAbility to multitaskBCI / LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
