The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of computer applications to effectively manage customer interactions and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all issues and concerns are resolved promptly.
• Handle email correspondence and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and manage order information.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless support and maintain high service standards.
• Engage in outbound calls when necessary to address customer needs or follow up.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and tact.
• Experience with order entry and data management systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Background in the print industry is a plus, but not required.
