Logistics Coordinator

LaSalle Network is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a second-shift operations support role in Chicago. This role is all about real-time updates, communication across supply chain partners, and keeping the flow of information sharp and seamless. If you've worked in brokerage, dispatch, or transportation opsyou'll fit right in.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities :

  • Track and log hourly shipment status updates
  • Connect with drivers via phone to confirm load details and documentation
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers and carriers via email
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and account managers on delivery updates and escalations

Logistics Coordinator Requirements :

  • 1+ years in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage
  • Excellent phone presence with drivers and strong written communication skills
  • Experience using Outlook to manage multiple inboxes
  • Organized, detail-focused, and capable of thriving during high-volume hours
  • Available Friday Monday 7AM 6PM.
