ModMed is hiring a driven Manager, RCM Business Systems & Process Improvement to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing RCM Operations team focused on driving process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives to support BOOST's growth at scale. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role :

• Provide direct support and coaching to BOOST Business Analysts & Systems Admins.
• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of product-related issues identified by BOOST team members and vendor partners.
• Develop efficient processes within our BOOST Continuous Improvement team that support accelerated growth at scale.
• Provide executive and senior leadership team updates and scheduled reporting on a regular cadence.
• Facilitate process and change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption.
