Global Process Improvement Manager
As this is a global role, we welcome all global applicants. Develop process improvement strategy by COU / Service line, collaborating with key stakeholders in each COUs. Oversee various process improvement efforts across the segment and ensure they are aligned, enable best practice sharing. Identify the areas for automation opportunities, including AI use cases and lead efforts with own team, enterprise experts and external parties to implement the process automation and AI / ML. Responsible achieving process efficiency, effectiveness and cost management targets. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Segment / COU's and functions to understand business opportunities, prioritize demand, and identify / implement supporting application capability. Understand key challenges and pain points within each segment. Lead team of process improvement experts to implement broader process improvement / simplification initiatives. Own the funnel of process improvement projects based on employee / customer feedback. Identify automation opportunities across the value stream, and implement automations on the processes, and embed AI that would result in greater efficiency. Collaborate with ULU / Customer experience team to deploy the needed Lean Six Sigma trainings and monitor the effectiveness. Ensure tie back the benefits of the process improvement / efficiency gains to financial and customer success. Interface with COU / Industry / Operations leaders. Attend COU Leadership Meetings. Interface with PE, Pricing, Marketing, Strategy & Portfolio Innovation, etc. Build personal relationships and establish credibility with internal stakeholders. Strong interaction with Customer Experience team (Operations / Innovation, Lab & Field services) and Technology / Innovation teams. Interaction with customers on need basis to understand their pain points and to translate into priorities. Interaction with industry experts on external benchmarking (Eg., process automation). Interaction with Commercial excellence teams as well ULU.
