Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency across departments
Manage and support administrative staff, ensuring deadlines and performance goals are met
Collaborate with leadership to identify operational needs and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
