This role sits in the Global Digital Hub, as part of the AI Shared Services team. The team supports data infrastructure, leverages ABG’s new data lake, integrates tools such as MuleSoft and Salesforce, and delivers scalable AI and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation across the enterprise.

Role Summary :

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead AI, automation, and data-driven projects across ABG’s diverse brand portfolio. This is primarily a project management role, but due to the scale and complexity of ABG’s ecosystem, many projects require cross-brand alignment and stakeholder management at the enterprise program level.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and solid technical understanding of data pipelines and AI / automation landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project leadership : Develop and manage end-to-end technical project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI / ML and automation projects.
• Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers throughout the project lifecycle, including contract negotiation, scope alignment, deliverable tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Agile delivery : Drive agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) using JIRA and / or Azure DevOps.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Act as liaison between business units, vendors, and IT teams to define requirements, align goals, and ensure project success.
• Stakeholder management : Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business leaders, many of whom have limited IT transformation experience. Influence and negotiate to drive adoption.
• Risk and dependency management : Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies; provide clear status and progress updates to leadership.
• Technical awareness : Ensure solutions align with ABG’s enterprise architecture and security standards. Collaborate closely with the Cybersecurity Manager to uphold AI ethics and compliance.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance to junior project managers (beginning in 2026).
• Delivery of scalable solutions : Ensure implemented solutions support ABG’s long-term integration and consolidation strategy across brands.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience managing complex technical projects, ideally in automation, AI / ML, and data-driven initiatives.
• Proficiency in JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record with Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure for data and AI; AWS experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft as middleware and proficiency in Salesforce (knowledge of Agentforce is a plus).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence across both technical and business audiences.
