Salary Range : $145,000 - $155,000 + Bonus

About the Role :

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join their growing finance team. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the accounting team in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with US GAAP.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Manage internal controls, audit coordination, and compliance efforts.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Mentor and develop accounting staff to support growth and professional development.

Qualifications : CPA required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 5+ years in public accounting, preferably from a Big 4 firm.

Strong background in the manufacturing, distribution, or products industry preferred.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.

Excellent technical accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across the organization.
