This Sales Executive drives growth in the brown box segment by cultivating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored packaging solutions. The role blends strategic prospecting, persuasive communication, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Client Engagement
Pursue and follow up on all brown box leads
Forecast and manage pipeline progressionBuild long-term relationships even when immediate opportunities aren’t presentClose contracts efficiently and effectivelyStrategic Selling & CollaborationRecommend solutions considering design, costing, scheduling, and availability
Communicate project requirements via CRMEnsure internal alignment across departments for client successAttend tradeshows, networking events, and industry functionsSales Execution & Market InsightPromote ideas persuasively and influence decision-makers
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needsDeliver compelling sales presentationsAchieve or exceed agreed-upon sales goalsQualifications :
CRM proficiency + MS Word, Excel, PowerPointUnderstanding of manufacturing, design, and 3PL capabilitiesFamiliarity with competitor strategies and offeringsFinancial fluency : profit, cost, margin awarenessHigh ethical standards and ownership mindsetEnergetic, optimistic, and fun to work withStrong project management and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCreative problem-solving and continuous learningAdditional Information
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's of Science in Business or related field5+ years B2B sales in packaging, printing, displays, or marketing agencies$3–5M book of business preferredOther Requirements :
Must be a U.S. citizenTravel : Up to 35% domestic travelPhysical DemandsMust be able to lift up to 35 pounds
