Primary Duties / Responsibilities :

• Provides general maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Maintain and manages heating and cooling systems, plumbing and electrical systems; escalate mechanical issues.
• Provides repairs as needed and troubleshooting solutions
• Constructs Kitchen displays; this will include all phases of job including removal, installation, and finish trimming. Including building and painting of display walls.
• Skilled use of a variety of both powered- and non-powered hand tools.
• Moves and or assists in transportation of cabinetry and equipment.
• Other general facilities duties.
