Vehicle Title Clerk

Our client is seeking a Vehicle Title Clerk to join their team! This role will be responsible for processing a high-volume of vehicle titles for dealerships and other third parties. The ideal candidate will have some office experience, strong teamwork skills, and prior experience processing vehicle titles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process paperwork according to established deadlines
• Constant contact with clients to notify of errors, missing documents and due dates
• Audit paperwork against DMV policies, providing notice to customers and to DMV as set by company procedures
• Access customer data for printing required paperwork
• Answer questions and find solutions on errors found during the audit process
• Any other task required to facilitate the movement of paperwork from the client, to the DMV, and back to the end-customer
• May include other responsibilities as assigned
