THE POSITION

If you are, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, Office of Asset Protection, in Harrisburg seeking candidates for a Clerical Assistant 2 position.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position provides clerical support within the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's (PLCB) Asset Protection Office to include prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence. Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents, both physical and digital.

Applicants who will excel in this position will possess superb organizational skills, keen attention to detail, good communication, time management, comfortable with technology, problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework : This position is eligible for telework. You will have the opportunity to work from home part-time up to four days a week, with one day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Telework arrangements are subject to change. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
• Salary : Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108.00 (before taxes).
