A company is looking for an AI SDR Manager to design and optimize AI-powered outbound systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and optimize the AI-powered outbound engine for lead sourcing and meeting booking
Architect workflows and refine outreach strategies based on performance data
Manage automations that enhance customer acquisition processes through AI
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Revenue Operations, or Growth roles
Proven experience building or managing sales automation workflows
Hands-on experience with AI tools or LLMs for personalization or automation
Strong data skills to track and analyze funnel metrics
Understanding of ICP targeting, lead scoring, and outbound sequencing
