Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with a team of orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers.
• Deliver high-quality orthopedic care and conduct patient consultations, surgeries, and follow-ups.
• Provide inpatient hospital care directly or through collaboration with hospitalists.
• Participate in a flexible call rotation and weekend coverage.
• Document care effectively using the Epic EMR system.
• Teach and collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinic staff.
• Ensure optimal patient outcomes by working closely with patients, families, and team members.
• Maintain safety standards in all aspects of patient care.
