Job description
A company is looking for a Staff Recruiter (TEMP) to support their growing team during a period of high-priority hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across multiple functions
Build partnerships with hiring managers to align on priorities and candidate profiles
Source and attract diverse talent through active and passive outreach
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in DEI sourcing and recruiting
Strong stakeholder management skills
Fluency in using Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Commitment to inclusive hiring practices
