Key Responsibilities
Partner with functional leaders to develop high-performing teams and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
Design and execute company-wide talent development programs and culture strategy
Lead performance management processes and drive culture change initiatives
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Human Resources / People Operations, focusing on performance management and talent development
Strong business acumen with the ability to align recommendations with organizational goals
Deep change leadership experience
Experience in employee relations and familiarity with inclusion & belonging programming
Comfort with HR metrics, analysis, and dashboards
