Job Description :

• Administer medications and treatment in an accurate and timely manner to residents in accordance with physician's orders.
• Monitor and document effectiveness of treatment and medication.
• Provide emergency care to residents when necessary.
• Always maintain a courteous and professional appearance.
• Follow facility policy and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook.

Educational Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Current LPN License / CPR Certification
