Why We're Hiring

Complex is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to join our fast-paced Marketing Studio team. In this role, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of brand and evergreen campaigns and initiatives.

Reporting to the Creative Director and partnering closely with another Creative Project Manager on the team, the position is perfect for someone who can easily translate concepts into easily digestible deliverables that strengthen brand identity.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for brand campaigns, product launches, and evergreen creative initiatives.
• Partner with brand, creative, and marketing teams to align on strategy, messaging, and creative direction.
• Oversee asset production (photo, video, design, motion, copy), ensuring deliverables meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans to keep all workstreams on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, product, comms, and external agencies / vendors.
• Centralize communication and documentation to provide visibility and clarity at every stage of execution.
• Identify process improvements to enhance creative operations and scale brand campaigns effectively.
• Provide post-project recaps to capture learnings and inform future campaign planning.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year

The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
