Central Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Central Operations Manager responsible for managing escalations and resolving complex fleet and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Central Ops Escalation process for the assigned region, reducing field workload for complex fleet and maintenance issues

Analyze learnings from the Central Ops process to improve workflow and create efficiencies to reduce dwell time

Track and report KPIs related to Central Ops escalation resolution

Required Qualifications

3 years' experience in fleet or maintenance operations

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

Moderate proficiency in maintenance and fleet operations workflow, supplier negotiations, and vendor management

Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations

Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
