Operations Accounting Specialist

The Operations Accounting Specialist assembles, reviews, and distributes monthly financial statements to Company-owned distributors; also analyzes and consults on the meaning and significance of financial statements. This role requires an understanding of financial statements, an analytical mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate with both the Operations and Finance Teams.

Job Components :

• Prepare monthly financial statements

Assemble and analyze the monthly financial statements for Company-owned distributors in an accurate and timely manner.

Perform detailed variance analysis against the prior year and annual operating plan (AOP).

Provide internal customers (i.e. Interstate Ops, Credit Department, Distributor Development) with pertinent financial information about Company-owned distributorships.
