Overview

Seeking an Associate Art & Design Director, a creative leader who brings graphic design craft with art direction experience. This role reports into our Creative Director and is designed for someone who can fluidly move between hands-on design execution and client creative leadership. The Associate Director will be responsible for both building and leading client relationships and rolling up their sleeves to deliver exceptional work, whether that’s crafting a small-scale brand identity, shaping a tentpole campaign, or overseeing large-scale implementation tracks.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative work across brand identity, campaigns, and social-first design.
• Partner with CDs / ACDs to translate strategy into bold, compelling creative solutions.
• Serve as a client-facing creative lead on select accounts, presenting work with authority and clarity.
• Hands-on design execution when required (brand identity, campaign assets, design systems).
• Provide art direction across photography, video, and cross-channel design executions.
• Manage and mentor designers, fostering both conceptual thinking and design craft.
• Balance big-picture creative leadership with tactical detail and flawless delivery.
• Collaborate across departments (strategy, social, production) to ensure integrated creative outcomes.

Qualifications

Salary $95,000-$115,000
