Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to drive the efficiency, visibility, and performance of the marketing engine. You'll serve as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and dataensuring CRM accuracy, optimized campaign flows, and actionable performance insights. The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, hands-on experience with HubSpot, and curiosity about how AI and automation can make modern marketing smarter.
