Job descriptionEvaluate and manage all underwriting aspects of formal life insurance applications Assess eligibility for accelerated outcomes and determine the acceptance or modification of risks Communicate underwriting decisions effectively to customers and facilitate business placements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for decision-making Maintain a customer-focused mindset while delivering optimal offers to drive sales High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of prior life insurance underwriting experience Approved authority of at least $1 million Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks 4-year college degree Existing approval authority greater than $1 million Knowledge of accelerated and non-accelerated underwriting processes Familiarity with technology tools and a demonstrated customer service mindset Ability to think critically and work effectively in a team environment
