A company is looking for a Remote Outpatient Director of Growth & Operations (Telehealth Behavioral Health).

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute referral growth strategies to expand session volume across multi-state markets

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all outpatient behavioral health clinics / programs, ensuring efficiency and compliance

Manage visit volume and develop strategies to grow outpatient services and increase profitability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, focusing on outpatient behavioral health

Proven track record of program growth, operational management, and financial oversight

Experience managing and leading teams

Multi-state experience required
