Summary :
The Director of Operations leads all food and beverage operations across SEIA and The Club, ensuring alignment between culinary, service, and financial goals. This role holds ownership over F&B performance, including revenue growth, COGS, and labor control, while upholding SEIA’s brand standards of excellence, consistency, and hospitality. The Director of Operations works closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads to deliver a cohesive and seamless guest experience across all outlets.
Essential Duties :
- Lead all front-of-house and beverage operations across SEIA and The Club, ensuring
alignment with brand standards and operational objectives.
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure menu execution, product quality, andcommunication between front and back of house.
Oversee financial performance across all outlets, including revenue generation,cost of goods, and labor management.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to service, quality, andprofitability.
Develop and mentor management and service teams, fostering a culture ofaccountability, professionalism, and excellence.
Ensure service consistency and guest satisfaction through hands-on floor presence,training, and leadership.
Collaborate with Events and Marketing teams to support activations, private dining,and brand initiatives.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for
continuous improvement.
Partner with ownership and finance to develop forecasts, budgets, and long-termoperational strategies.
Qualifications :
5+ years of senior leadership experience in high-volume, fine dining, or luxuryhospitality environments.
Proven ability to manage P&L performance, control costs, and drive revenue growth.Strong understanding of wine, spirits, cocktails, and service standards.Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop hospitality teams at all levels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.High attention to detail and operational discipline.Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Working knowledge of POS and reservation systems (e.g., Toast, SevenRooms, Resy,OpenTable).
