Ready to play your part?

The Senior AP / AR Accountant position works directly with the AP / AR Manager. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, vendor payments, disputing customer chargebacks, collections, and account reconciliations. In addition, the Senior AP / AR Accountant works with staff to ensure all processes are being followed to achieve the above-mentioned. The position will also assist other areas of the Finance Department as needed.

Essential Functions (Included but not limited to) :

Accounts Payable (AP) :

• Oversee invoice approval workflow related to invoice submission by vendors / departments.
• Work with the staff to coordinate proper posting of transactions into SAP.
• Perform proper accounting subledger reconciliations according to provided deadlines.
• Maintain vendor records in SAP through updating address and banking instructions.

Accounts Receivable (AR) :

Qualifications / Requirements :

Salary Range : 80,000 - 90,000 USD
