General Production Worker
We are seeking a diligent and adaptable General Production Worker for our facility located in York County. In this role, you will engage in comprehensive training to understand the entire manufacturing process of consumer goods. You will be cross-trained across multiple departments, following specific recipes and instructions to ensure product quality and consistency.
Responsibilities :
Participate in training to learn the entire manufacturing process.
Cross-train in various departments to understand different production facets.
Follow detailed recipes and instructions for product creation.
Perform tasks in a hot, humid, and sometimes messy environment.
Engage in frequent lifting as part of the production process.
Essential Skills :
Experience in general labor or production roles.
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
Strong attendance record and keen attention to detail.
Comfort working in hot and messy environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Previous experience in an industrial setting is preferred.

Work Environment :
The work environment is an industrial kitchen setting that can be hot and humid, involving work with spices and food ingredients. The production team consists of approximately 80 individuals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere. This is a second shift position, working Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $22.55 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
