POSITION SUMMARY :

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform facilities maintenance work, as directed, and assist in helping others in maintenance department project work and preventative maintenance tasks. The shift timings are from 2.00 PM- 10.30 PM; Tues-Sat

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform repairs to building and fixed facility equipment. Remove and
• replace broken equipment. Perform plumbing and electrical repairs as
• required. Replace ballasts, light fixtures, and bulbs. Paint facilities as
• needed.
• Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and materials required for facilities maintenance. Ensure proper inventory levels of repair parts so
• repairs can be made in a timely manner.
• Purchase repair parts; process paperwork.
• Ability to work overtime, evenings, and occasional weekends due to
• project assignments.
• Attending scheduled training and departmental meetings.
• Operate company or personal vehicle as needed.
• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS :

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
