Facilities Technician I is responsible for general upkeep of buildings and structures, repairs and handyman tasks, construction and renovation projects, and the implementation of preventative maintenance protocols.

Skills a nd Work Requirements :

• Experienced in general building procedures and property maintenance protocols
• Familiar with a broad range of building trades, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, carpentry, roofing, flooring, and drywall
• Familiar with CMMS used to centralize and streamline all maintenance activities, work order tracking, equipment information and spare parts inventory.
• Ability to safely operate all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned maintenance and building tasks
• Ability to inspect, address and / or report maintenance and repair issues
• Understanding of worksite safety protocols
• Ability to perform a wide range of manual labor tasks, including but not limited to digging, loading / unloading, furniture moving and cleaning
• Ability to take direction, execute projects as expected, and work alongside team members

Salary Range

$40—$45 USD
