Our client, a leading food production company committed to quality and safety standards, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Machine Operator

Location : Mason, OH

Pay Range : $21.43

Shift : Sun-Thu, 10 PM - 6 AM

What's the Job?

Batch food products and condiments according to approved recipes to ensure high-quality output.

Follow detailed production schedules with minimal waste and spoilage.

Inspect equipment regularly for cleanliness and maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly.

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move ingredients and finished products efficiently.

Assist in cleaning processing areas, including scrubbing walls, hosing floors, and emptying trash, especially during slow periods.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and cleaning duties.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to schedule.
