Lead / Senior SAP Basis Team

Position Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP Basis administrators, fostering technical growth and professional development
• Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of SAP systems, including S / 4HANA, BW / 4HANA, PI / PO, and Solution Manager
• Oversee system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across SAP environments
• Implement and manage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services to enhance scalability and integration
• Utilize SAP Cloud ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for system monitoring, alerting, and lifecycle control
• Integrate SAP Joule and SPIDE for intelligent operations, predictive insights, and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Establish and maintain SAP Basis standards, policies, and documentation for system governance and compliance
• Manage system refreshes, backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and high availability configurations
• Coordinate with SAP and third-party vendors for issue resolution, performance optimization, and future enhancements
