Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and Slack
Assist dealership customers with webpage adjustments, data updates, and integration troubleshooting
Translate customer feedback into feature requests and contribute to support documentation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Customer Support or Call Center roles in fast-paced environments
Experience communicating with enterprise-level stakeholders
Customer-first approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with customer support software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
